Terms of Service — Graham Morrow (gm bot)

These terms govern your use of Graham Morrow (“Graham”, “the bot”), a Discord bot operated by the gm project (saygm.com). By interacting with the bot, you agree to these terms.

The service

Graham reacts to “gm” greetings, maintains a daily greeting scoreboard with streaks, and answers questions when @mentioned. The bot is provided to Discord communities that choose to add it.

Acceptable use

• Don’t attempt to manipulate the scoreboard, impersonate others, or coerce the bot into actions that violate Discord’s Terms of Service or a server’s rules.
• Don’t use the bot to send spam, abusive, or unlawful content.
• Automated abuse, exploitation attempts, or attempts to extract non-public information are not permitted.

No professional advice

The bot may answer questions about the community and project. Its responses are informational only and are not financial, investment, legal, or other professional advice. Do not rely on them as such.

Availability

The bot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the bot, or any feature, at any time without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the gm project and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the bot.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
