Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 August 2026
These terms govern your use of gm, including the API gateway, dashboard, chat, account, billing, and key-management services at saygm.com (the “Service”). The Service is operated by T34 Corporation FZCO, Dubai World Trade Centre Authority trade licence L-3102, Dubai Unified Licence CN9173, of FZH 097 04, Sheikh Rashid Tower, Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai, UAE.
By creating an account, using the Service, or purchasing credits, you agree to these terms. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. If you use it as an individual, you confirm that you can legally enter into this agreement.
Accounts and API keys
You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in methods and API keys secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account or keys. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use. We may apply reasonable rate, usage, or security limits to protect the Service and other users.
The Service and model providers
gm routes inference requests to third-party model and infrastructure providers. Models, routes, prices, limits, and features may change as those providers and the network change. Provider-specific terms or usage policies may also apply to a request routed to that provider. The current privacy and routing disclosures are described in our Privacy Policy and documentation.
Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- break the law, infringe another person’s rights, or facilitate fraud or harm;
- submit content you do not have the right or lawful basis to process;
- defeat safeguards, probe for vulnerabilities, disrupt the Service, or abuse capacity;
- misrepresent AI output as human-generated where the law requires disclosure; or
- resell or provide access in a way that circumvents our limits or provider policies.
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address these risks.
Your content and AI output
You retain any rights you have in prompts and other content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to transmit and process that content to provide, secure, support, and account for the Service. You are responsible for your content and for having the permissions and lawful basis required to submit it.
AI output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You must evaluate output before relying on or sharing it, especially for decisions affecting rights, safety, finance, health, or legal matters. Output is not professional advice, and rights in output may depend on applicable law and the relevant model provider’s terms.
Credits and charges
Usage is charged at the prices shown when you use or purchase the Service. You authorise us and our payment providers to collect the top-up amount shown before you confirm it. Network or third-party payment fees may be separate.
If you believe a charge or usage record is wrong, contact us promptly. Refund and correction requests are handled under applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Any special conditions for promotional credits will be shown when they are issued.
Privacy and confidential data
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled. You should not submit regulated, confidential, or sensitive data unless you have assessed the Service and relevant provider terms as suitable for that data and implemented any required agreement or safeguards.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, routes, or models. Where reasonably practicable, we will give notice of a material change that adversely affects paid use.
Warranties and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without implied warranties. We do not warrant any model output, provider availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
Ending use
You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, unlawful or harmful use, non-payment, or a security risk. Terms that by their nature should continue after termination remain in force.
Governing law and changes
For business customers, these terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Mandatory rights and forums available to consumers are unaffected. We may update these terms and will change the date above; material changes will apply prospectively after reasonable notice where required.
